I ordered a necklace online from them and never received a confirmation email. Luckily I had screen shot my order number, or I'd have nothing to go off of. I go online and it states "Processing" for over 2 weeks. They took the money from my credit card right away but never contacted me, emailed me, shipped anything or responded to MANY emails.

I have sent 4 emails, with NO response and there is NO customer service number. I will be filing with my bank for fraud and BBB. This company is a joke.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $6.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
